 I am an experienced BACP registered counsellor. Offering a safe, supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere, putting each individuals needs at the heart of our work together. I am a caring and compassionate person, committed to providing professional supportive therapy.

Coming to counselling for the first time can be a daunting experience, it is my goal to form a trusting relationship with you, to enable you to feel supported, heard and accepted. Counselling for me is about forming a trusting relationship, to support people in removing obstacles and watching them achieve and become who they want to be.

Counselling Services

I offer an integrative approach, this means I combine different counselling styles to tailor to individual personal needs. This consists of the Person-Centred approach, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness. I work flexibly with an emphasis on creating a warm and non-judgemental relationship allowing you the freedom to explore your thoughts and feelings.

I am committed to providing a safe and confidential therapeutic environment for my clients as well as being committed to offering good practise.


All my work is supported by supervision.

I offer a FREE consultation which can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, this allows me to explain how I work and to answer any questions or concerns you may have. It also allows time to set out your goals for therapy and to discuss the best way to move forward for you. There is no obligation after this consultation for you to continue, sessions can be booked within the consultation or after.

Adults £40 per session.

Couples counselling £50 per session.

Payment either by BACS or cash.
